John H. Bisack III | President, Managing Director & Founder
John sets the strategic direction of PIP, establishing/maintaining relationships with our Private Equity Partners and managing the firm’s marketing, public relations, business development activities as well as monitoring client satisfaction (Portfolio Company & Private Equity firm). John is a frequent speaker at industry events, and an active consultant in due diligence and the development of operations and technology plans. John has B.S. degrees in Finance, Economics and Computer Science, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics, from Hofstra University.
Patrick Donegan | Executive Vice President of Growth and Client Services
As Executive Vice President of Growth & Client Services, Pat is responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s growth strategy while leading the client services and sales teams to achieve next-level growth. With over twenty years of experience, Pat joins from Gerson Lehrman where he spent nearly ten years as Managing Director, with multiple roles of increased responsibilities. As Head of the Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC) practice, he led the business to achieve unprecedented growth, and as a result, it became the fastest growing segment at the firm. He was promoted to Head of Business Development, and ultimately, General Manager for Americas Financial Services. Pat has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from The University of Connecticut School of Business.
Jen White | Senior Vice President
Jen manages the marketing function at Performance Improvement Partners. Prior to joining PIP in 2010, her experience included building a management services organization, strategic planning and marketing for a large healthcare system. Jen has a BS in Business Management from Widener University and an MPH from Yale University.
Tom Jansen | Senior Vice President, Strategic Delivery
Tom oversees the Strategic Delivery practice at PIP. In this role, Tom is responsible for strategic services provided to our Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies to include complex carveouts, add on integrations, IT Roadmaps, and complex Package Implementations. Tom brings 31+ years’ experience leveraging technology and operational efficiencies in the financial services, business services, energy, healthcare, and consumer products industries. Tom has a BS in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University.
Jaime E. Sguerra | Senior Vice President
Jaime’s leadership role includes both business development and operations; he works with both our Private Equity Partners and their Portfolio Companies. His many years leading and managing Information Technology departments for Fortune 200 organizations provides the necessary breadth of experience to support portfolio companies throughout the private equity ownership lifecycle. Jaime leads Performance Improvement Partners’ Business Services and Software industry verticals. He is also responsible for PIP’s software engineering practice which includes business intelligence initiatives across all PIP’s industry sectors.
Jaime has a Systems Engineering (5-year program) degree from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, with post-graduate work at NYU and at the Wharton School of Business.
Lee Shull | Senior Vice President of Service Delivery
Lee oversees Service Delivery at PIP. In this role, Lee is responsible for all active projects and delivery resources/project teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of services. Lee has over 25 years’ experience in technology across several industries, as a hands-on practitioner, consultant and managing delivery teams. He holds a BSBA degree from the Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University.
Aaron Higley | Vice President, Strategic Delivery
Aaron oversees service delivery for large scale, complex implementation projects. Aaron brings over 20 years of experience helping organizations maximize the business value of their technology investment both as CIO for midsize and large corporations and as a consultant. Aaron has BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
Eileen Blanchard | Controller
Eileen Blanchard joined PIP in July 2019 and has worked for thirty years as a Controller with privately held entrepreneurial businesses. Her background includes implementing fiscally sound and efficient processes in rapidly growing franchise, distribution and project-based companies. Eileen holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Southern CT State University and began her career as a Mathematics Teacher. Her experience as a teacher has assisted her in developing talent and mentoring her finance team. Eileen holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven and also studied at the Goethe Institut in Germany and received a Master’s degree in German Literature from SCSU.
